We will be launching a series of narrative coaching workshops in 2008 in Australia and California. The series is designed for coaches and consultants who want to learn how to work with their individual clients at deep narrative levels. Participants will gain a solid foundation in principles from narrative and Jungian psychology, in-depth experience working with transformative narrative practices, and the opportunity for their own growth as a professional.

The series includes both introductory workshops and an intensive series for more advanced practitioners. Participants in the longer series will be expected to design and implement an individual project to bring narrative coaching into their work. We will be forming regional clusters, an online community and special member resources so that participants can support one another’s ongoing learning and success.

The workshops are based in five years of research and development and a lifetime spent working with stories as a tool for learning, community and development. The approaches in the workshop draw from narrative therapy, shadow work, mindfulness practices, and spiritual direction to provide an innovative and powerful approach to coaching.
