Champion surfer Kelly Slater, “Motivation is temporary. Inspiration is permanent.”

Caused some deeper thought for me. Going back to my inspiration, paired with the conceptual framework of slowing down to let my story catch up makes good sense for me. I have slowed down, I am "gathering" myself, getting ready for another surge forward.

Thank you, David, for the prompt to remember the inspiration *and* now I know why sometimes I think tired thoughts about "motivation".
