This year-long program is for people who have completed the first two workshops and demonstrated  sufficient proficiency in this work. This will be an intensive designed to certify people in narrative coaching. The aim is not to create another label or acronym to put behind your name, but rather to distinguish you as someone who has met the standard for excellence in this work.

The program will include both face-to-face sessions and work via telephone and a dedicated website. In addition to the extensive work with the theories and practices of narrative coaching, there will be action projects as well. One distinguishing feature of the program is that the cohort will serve as a mastermind group in developing both business and service opportunities to apply this work. The expectation is that participants will design and deliver a project as part of their completion of the program and to do so in the context of a group of peers. It is also hoped that ongoing regional clusters will form in taking this work into the world.

Our goal is to have 150 people in our inaugural programs this year—out of whom 15 will choose/be chosen to go on for certification. We hope you will be one of those who join us. You will find, as many others have done so far, that narrative coaching provides a unique and powerful approach to working with clients and a way to integrate other approaches you’ve learned.
